This is regarding your comments surrounding the OJ Simpson murder trial & I had discussed this by leaving a message for you. The case was not proven beyond any & all possible doubts. As to the DNA, Dr. Henry Lee testified that there was something wrong with the way the LAPD handled blood proof. The LAPD did not send a forensics team until 8 hours after they got there, when the proper procedure is to send a forensic team immediately. Could evidence have been planted? If it was, they probably won’t admit it. But what is known is that blood & evidence was poorly handled & DNA was moved around.

It’s my belief that Ron Goldman was the intended victim & Nicole lost her life trying to stop the killers. Ron Goldman was a waiter @ the restaurant called the Mezzaluna which was financed by the Mob. Fred Goldman didn’t help his son when he asked for financial help & I find Fred Goldman & his daughter Kim Goldman to be 2 greedy bastards & snobs who mainly care about money. But with Ron Goldman, he was @least indirectly involved with the Mob & drug dealers. What his involvement was is unknown. Was Ron Goldman a drug dealer? It’s possible. Ron Goldman is not the Golden boy as his family has depicted him.

The coroner Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran could not rule out the possiblity of multiple killers. Dr. Michael Baden & Dr. Henry Lee both believe that the murder took some time to commit & Dr. Baden testified that he believed Ron Goldman fought his attackers. OJ Simpson did not have any bruises consistent with a fight.

I don’t believe the prosecutor’s theory as to it being a lovecrime. If anything, OJ Simpson had lost interest in Nicole in 1994 other than as it related to the kids. OJ Simpson did not see Nicole Brown Simpson in 1994 when she was 35 years old the same way as he did in 1981, when she was 22 years old. OJ Simpson was seeing women a few years younger & prettier than Nicole.

Yes, Nicole Brown Simpson was pretty in 1994, but her looks were starting to fade, white hairs starting to pop up, wrinkles starting to form. She was 35 years old, had children & she certainly didn’t look the same in 1994 as she did in 1981. OJ Simpson knew that Nicole Brown Simpson was seeing men younger than her but he did not care. In fact, Nicole Brown Simpson would see men her age or younger to affirm her idea that she still had it after all these years.

For the younger men who were with Nicole in 1994, they didn’t know personally what she looked like in 1981, so of course they’ll find her to be very pretty. OJ Simpson on the other hand, knew what she looked like when she was younger, so he’ll recall the prettier days. It can also be said that Nicole Brown Simpson did not see OJ Simpson the same way in 1994 when he was 47 years old (white beard) as she did in 1981 when OJ Simpson was 34 years old. However, what OJ Simpson had that the other men didn’t have was money. Nicole would tell OJ Simpson of the men that she was with so that OJ Simpson would take her back.

OJ Simpson & Nicole Brown Simpson did have on again off again relationships after their 1992 divorce, but in the end, OJ Simpson just lost interest in her from a relationship standpoint because he was seeing women who were younger & prettier than Nicole Brown Simpson, women who had not yet had kids.

There are doubts as to many of the domestic violence accusations. Yes, there is the Jan. 1, 1989 domestic violence incidence where OJ Simpson plead no contest to abuse&battery to hitting Nicole during a quarrel. But OJ Simpson says that he never hit Nicole again after the Jan. 1989 incident. OJ Simpson has said that Nicole Brown Simpson made up the post Jan. 1, 1989 domestic violence incidents by writing it in her diary & telling her family & friends with the hope of collecting $15 million. It must be noted that the judge in 1989 told OJ Simpson that if he hit Nicole Brown Simpson again, that it would cancel the $15 million prenuptial agreement.

The post Jan. 1989 domestic violence accusations are the he said she said. Could Nicole Brown Simpson have made up the post Jan. 1989 incidents with the hope of collecting $15 million or get a better divorce settlement? It’s possible. Nicole Brown Simpson wrote about the post Jan. 1989 alleged domestic violence in her diary, tolds friends & family about it, but she didn’t report it to the cops. This seems odd. Write about it in a diary, tell her friends & family but not the police who would help Nicole Brown Simpson if indeed domestic violence was happening? Furthermore, Nicole Brown Simpson did not get a protection order against OJ Simpson. Yes, there are doubts surrounding whether the post Jan. 1989 domestic violence happened.

There are no known witnesses to this 1994 double murder. Don’t understand how people can rule out the possiblity of Ron Goldman being the intended victim when only the killers know why they did it. Also, OJ Simpson & CJ Stewart were not punished for the 2007 Las Vegas heist based on the facts of that case. Though Judge Glass denies it, it’s my belief that Judge Glass was influenced by the 1995 acquittal. OJ Simpson & CJ Stewart were unjustly punished for the 2007 Las Vegas heist because what the 2 men were supposed to be sentenced for are the facts of the 2007 case, not for what OJ Simpson was acquitted of.

It has been my observation that people who agree with the 1995 acquittal are condemned. Professor Peter Arenella saw the entire 1995 trial & he defends the jury’s acquittal, because reasonable doubts were raised. The jury did not acquit OJ Simpson because of the racecard & there were 2 Whites & 1 Hispanice on the jury. Journalist Graham Bensinger said that he agreed with the acquittal & Graham Bensinger interviewed OJ Simpson in 2004 & 2005, Graham Bensinger got hate mail & even death threats from people who hated his view of the OJ Simpson case.

Finally, what’s the use of continuously retrying the case? OJ Simpson has said that he doesn’t care what strangers think about him. OJ Simpson has said that what matters to him is that his friends & family believe in his innocence because he says that he did not do it. If the people who post here really care about Nicole Brown Simpson’s kids, then please stop attacking their dad. The kids believe he is innocent & if you really care about Nicole’s kids, then please stop retrying the case over & over. Furthermore, the book If I did it was not OJ Simpson’s idea-it was his daughter Arnelle’s & Arnelle stated that she wanted to make money off it & share it with her 2 brothers & sister. The case is more complex.

1st, if you’re really so concerned about his kids, then why do you continue to attack their father? The 2 kids believe in his innocence & he was acquitted-it wasn’t proven beyond any & all possible doubts. My belief is that this double murder was committed by the Underworld with Ron Goldman being the intended victim & Nicole losing her life trying to stop the killers.

Fred Goldman & his daughter Kim come off as 2 greedy bastards. They care about money. Let me say that there are no known witnesses to this double murder & thus only th ekillers know why they did it. The book If I did it was not even his idea. The book was his daughter Arnelle’s & she wanted to profit because she had money problems. Arnelle, her 2 brothers & her sister were the 1s who were going to make money from the book If I did it, which was a hypothetical.

There’s so much which can be said but what I’ve noticed is that people who agree with the acquittal are treated badly. Graham Bensinger agreed with the acquittal & he got hate mail & death threats. The OJ Simpson trial is a case where people are condemned because they see it differently & believe he did not do it.
